1. Commercial Operator & Scope

AIowa Agents is a done-for-you AI agent setup and automation service operated by AIowa LLC, an Iowa limited liability company based in Ames, Iowa (“AIowa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit https://agents.aiowa.dev or submit an inquiry through our intake form.

2. Information You Submit

When you complete the intake form on /start, we collect the information you provide directly:

• Required: Full name, business name, email address, and a description of your workflow or automation goal.
• Optional: Phone number, business website URL, business type, workflow preference, tools currently used, and desired timeline.

This information is used to understand your situation and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes unrelated to your inquiry.

3. Automatically Processed Technical Information

When you submit the intake form, our server processes the following technical information to handle abuse, validate requests, and attach context to your inquiry:

• IP address — used for security and abuse handling. Not stored beyond what is retained in server logs.
• Browser / user-agent string — recorded in the lead record for diagnostic purposes.
• First-party campaign attribution — if you arrived from an external source (e.g., a link from X or a search engine), our first-party attribution system may capture the source, medium, campaign, and landing path (see §4 below).
• Document referrer — the URL of the page you came from, if your browser provides it.

4. Browser Storage & First-Party Attribution

This site uses first-party browser storage — no advertising cookies. Specifically:

• Session storage — stores a session attribution record (source, medium, campaign, landing path) for the duration of your browser session.
• Local storage — stores a first-touch attribution record for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the record is automatically discarded.

Attribution data is attached to your lead inquiry so we can understand which sources drive business inquiries. It is not used for advertising retargeting, not sold to advertisers, and not shared with data brokers.

This behavior is consistent with the UtmCapture and AttributionForward components used across the AIowa LLC property network.

5. How We Handle Your Inquiry

When you submit the intake form, your information is:

• Logged as a structured record in our server infrastructure.
• Optionally routed through delivery infrastructure used by AIowa LLC to receive and respond to business inquiries.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement, and communicate about AIowa Agents services. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

6. Credentials & Sensitive Information

The public intake form is not intended for credentials, passwords, API keys, access tokens, or secrets. Do not submit these through any public-facing form.

Any credential sharing required as part of a client engagement happens through an approved secure process that we will walk you through after an engagement is established — never through plain email or a public intake form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by contacting us directly.
